Thank you everyone!

Id still like to see this get done so im submitting it again.

The Second contest of 2015!! Fusion beading has come a LONG way and it’s always awesome seeing the creations people come up with, big or small! I want to challenge you all and reward people based on individual skill level versus just who can bead the biggest most complex design.  The concept is simple: Re-bead a design you’ve done in the past but showcase how much you’ve grown since you first created the design! Amber- -Lynn put together a nice example on what I mean by this and I’ve included it as an example.

The rules are as follows:

The creation must be a new submission done during June 10th through June 30th.

It must be a recreation of a past design you’ve done.

The design MUST be in its final form. Ironed and displayed as you would normally display it (Magnets, Framed, Canvas and etc.).

You MUST link to your old design on your post AND link to where you drew your inspiration. (Edited sprite, game sprite, sprite artist etc.)

You may choose ANY of your past designs, large or small.

This isn’t based on how large of a design you can do. We will be looking at how much effort you put into your new piece.  I want to challenge you to apply the skills you’ve developed since you did the design you’ve chosen so take the opportunity to really push yourself!
You will have a month to complete your entry. Once complete submit to the folder labeled Skill Development Contest 2015. Amber Lynn and I will judge the entries based on three criteria: personal development, presentation and originality. I’ll be rewarding prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in the form of beading material (Beads, pegboards and tweezers) as well as showcasing the winner in a featured journal entry on our page! It’s a great opportunity to be recognized for not only your work but how much you’ve grown as an artist. Go crazy and let the beading begin!!!! Winners will be announced July 5th.

Um, I don't know which folder this should go in.

Does it go in the 3D Sprites, Tutorial, or the Misc folder? :iconcuriosityplz:

I would just throw it in Misc. If you want more eyes on it then toss it in Featured but try to not do that all of the time unless its something different then we are used seeing. If you feel something needs to be moved to another folder let me know. I groom the gallery folders about once a month.

Okey dokey, thanks! This dream catcher I made is a pretty common pattern, so I'll just put it in the Misc folder. I never submit anything in the feature folders unless it's a project I'm REALLY proud of. (That goes for any group I'm in.) The only other times some of my stuff ends up in featured folders is if someone in charge of a group puts it there. :iconlinkhappyplz:

Okay, I'll be sure to let you know if anything needs moved. (Haha, same here. The main thing I do in the groups I'm in charge of is to make sure everything is in it's proper folder. That's pretty much all I do.) :iconlinkchuplz:

Hi, I have a quick question. I've just been uploading some of my work to your gallery folders and was wondering where I should put portraits? They're not really sprites, and don't fall under any of your folder categories.

Ill make a portraits folder.

Hi! I have a question if you don't mind my asking. :iconlinkhappyplz:

What is the difference between the Small Sprites folder and the Tiny folder? :iconcuriosityplz:
